This year’s Resident’s Annual Report is available online or you can call Radian Direct and ask for a printed copy. The report tells you about Radian and how we have performed from April 2010 to March 2011.
We have included some highlights to show you how we are doing, as well as some of last year’s achievements. We’ve made some new commitments to improve the services you receive.

Your satisfaction with our services has risen in all areas, which is encouraging. We plan to further improve these figures and are working with your Area Panel to plan your local offers.
