
We set up a team to respond to your complaints and comments, including compliments. You can now contact us in many ways: over the phone, in person, by email, by letter, by filling in a complaints form or by using the contact form on the website.
Our Quality Assurance team meets with managers to discuss the outcomes of complaints and how to do things better.
As well as complaints, our Quality Assurance team also receives compliments about the services you receive. Between January and March, we received 130 compliments from you! Your compliments let us know how you like your services delivered and when we are getting our services right.
