Where safety meets peace of mind

Grange Court, Southampton, is a place where people should feel safe with peace of mind.
We consult all the time, even about the colours of the walls.

There are two Scheme Managers on duty between 9.00am and 4.40pm each day, looking after residents aged 55 upwards. They complete a support plan when everyone first moves in which is reviewed every year as well as discussing any adaptations that a new resident might need.

Grange Court boasts 38 flats on three floors with full wheelchair access with a
24-hour pull cord in every room. Residents share a laundry room on a rota and there’s a computer in the library with free internet access, where books and hearing tapes are changed every eight weeks.

Every flat has a bedroom, fitted kitchen, living room, storeroom, airing cupboard, bathroom and toilet. All have night storage heating and double glazing and are close to main bus links and local train station with services into Eastleigh and Southampton town centre. There’s a shop opposite with other local amenities within a 20-minute walk.

Grange Court’s full address is Wide Lane, Mansbridge, Southampton SO18 2HN. You don’t have to be a Southampton resident, but you must be nominated through Southampton City Council’s homebid choice-based letting scheme.
