The residents parking area at Mill Place, Datchet was in need of some TLC. Luckily, Mill Place was approved to receive a Life Improvement Grant
The parking area had just a few patches of shingle, with rest of the space little more than mud and full of weeds, which was messy and slippery in bad weather.
Luckily, thanks to the grant the Mill Place residents can now park safely and tidily on the newly shingled area. Talking about the work, which was carried out in November, Mr Loveridge said: “It has made a huge difference to the site. It is looking very tidy and clean now. All the residents are over the moon with the result, it looks beautiful and everyone appreciates the work that has been carried out.”
The Mill Place residents would like to say a big thank you to Elaine McLaughlin, Neighbourhood Team Leader and Shabana Farooq, Community Development Officer, for all their help and support.
