Need funding to brighten up your garden?

Do you need a grant to help you brighten up your garden ready for the spring and or summer? If you are a resident in one of Radian's sheltered schemes Community Link may be able to help!                                                                                                  

  Community Link disbanded in October in last year, however there are still funds available for 'Green Fingers Grants'. The money is only available until April 2012. Any grant applications received will be assessed by the Thames Area Panel in Community Link's absence.                             

All Radian's sheltered scheme residents in the Thames area can apply for money to improve gardens that are viewed by the community. A 'Green Fingers Grants' should :

• Improve your home & neighbourhood                                                                                                      
• Help you maintain your garden   
• Promote a healthier lifestyle & living to all                         
• Encourage others to take up gardening                                                           

To apply for a Green Fingers Grant for 2011/2012 please call Radian Direct on 0300 123 1 567 and ask for Katie Hutchinson, Community Development Officer - Thames.
