The Parks FC is a community football team who will be playing in the Bracknell Sunday Football League from September 2011. We are currently seeking any players who live on The Parks or in the local vicinity to come and join us. Due to the funding we have received we are able to offer discounts on subscriptions and signing on fees, which in the current climate, will benefit the local community and enable people to get involved. We are seeking players who are at least 17 years old and are able to commit to Sunday mornings for games and training once a week on Thursdays at 6.30 pm. For further information please see the contact details at the bottom of the page.
Youth Team
In the next two months we will be developing a youth team and we will be seeking players from the estate to participate. Once again we will be able to offer discounts to the local community to enable the local youth to participate.
Youth Football Coaching
As part of our commitment to getting the community involved in sport, The Parks FC will be offering free football coaching to all U16s on the estate, once a week for one and half hours. This will give youngsters who may not feel able to or who may not want to play for our team the opportunity to get fit and gain additional football knowledge and football skills. Enhanced CRBs are in place and our four youth coaches are all F.A approved. This will be free for all residents of The Parks and minimal charges will be made for youngsters from the immediate surrounding area. We will notify interested parties when we are going to start the sessions.
For further information or for notifications regarding our various activities then please feel free to email us or contact us directly.
If you are interested in getting involved in some other way then please also contact us.
