A Compliment by letter

The letter was sent to Charles Porter, Income Officer.  It said, “Dear Charles, I am writing this letter to thank you so much for all your help and support on helping me with my financial problems. I am happy to say everything is great now and I am back on track and in control.  That is all down to you.”

It was great to hear that we could help.  We hope that it will encourage anyone having difficulty paying their rent to contact us immediately.  Once we know, we’ll do our very best to help as Charles did.
